Policies

  • Cancellations

    Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment. “No call, no show”/last minute cancellations will require 50% of the service booked to be paid in order to book another appointment.

  • Deposits

    All appointments require a $20 non-refundable deposit to be secured . The deposit will go towards the remaining balance of the service.

  • Late Arrivals

    There is a 20 minute grace period after the appointment start time. If the client is later than 25 minutes appointment may be cancelled, and will be considered a “no show”.

  • Products

    When products are purchased they will be available for pickup within 1-2 days. A confirmation email will be sent with details.

  • Appointments

    Please come with hair washed and blow dried with no product, if it is not added when booking. If your hair requires a wash or blow dry an extra fee will be added.

  • Refunds and Exchanges

    There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges all products sold are FINAL SALE. If order is not picked up within 20 days then your order will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
